I had an issue with this bag and I reached out to the company to advise. Not only did I have my issue resolved, it was resolved within 24 hrs. The products are high quality and the company is run so smoothly! Our AAU program uses Hoop Culture and so does my family! You won’t regret purchasing swag from this company! Good stuff!

I bought this bag through my daughters aau program and in less then a year the shoulder strap ripped right off. Super disappointing as these are not cheap!

We've found this backpack to be great! Well made and roomy enough for all my son's basketball stuff. Fits shoes, ball, towel & drink bottles really easily. Great quality.....really happy with this purchase!

This bag design is awesome, but the color is completely different than the picture. It's more like a neon/aqua blue than the royal pictured here. Even the name is misleading - it's not Lapis Blue at all! Both my son and I were shocked at the difference when we opened the box. He opted to keep it anyway, but I would look at the color on their Instagram feed instead of the store listing to see a more accurate color depiction before buying! All that said, great product and I wish it came in more colors so I could get my other son one as well. A navy, purple, red, orange, green, etc woud be great. Also, please bring back the black!

The backpack is not at all the same color that's shown in the picture. The products claims to be lapis blue but it's actually teal. The rest of the product matches up to the description but the color difference is disappointing.
