About re:do
Checkout with the $1.98 re:do product for free unlimited returns for store credit on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn’t work. Checkout with the $2.98 re:do product which now includes package protection in the USA against theft, lost packages, or damaged packages during delivery.
Didn’t checkout with re:do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through their portal with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!
If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the $1.98 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.
- Once purchased with your order, re:do is NOT refundable
- re:do is only eligible for the order it was purchased for
- re:do return for store credit or exchange is not applicable to sale and outlet items even if purchased with your regular priced items.
- Items must be in new condition (free of human and pet hair)
- Items cannot be washed or dried
- No signs of wear
- No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted
- Original tags must be attached if applicable
- Upon inspection any item received under these conditions may result in your return/exchange being denied
- If possible please include your original order confirmation slip with your return
